JUMO mTRON T - Your System

JUMO mTRON T is the new measuring, control and automation system from JUMO with perfectly matched components. This modular system with its universal I/O modules, flexible connection technology and extensive communication, evaluation and automation software can be used in a wide variety of industries, including the food industry, furnace construction and mechanical engineering. Its high measuring accuracy and excellent control performance, as well as its rugged and easy to service mechanical design round off the offer for the user.

During the engineering process, we placed particular emphasis on reliability. All inputs of the multi-channel controller module and the 4-channel analog input module are electrically isolated, ensuring the reliable, interference-free recording of the process values.
Using the software provided, the process values can be conveniently visualized and subsequently archived for further use with tamper proofing. There are no security holes in the recording and automation process from recording of the measured values through to archiving.

Additional reliability is provided by the proven and independent control system. JUMO mTRON T can simultaneously control up to 30 modular multi-channel controller modules per CPU, 120 independent control loops. This means that even if a CPU fails, the control loops can still perform their control task reliably.
Should one of the multi-channel controller modules fail, it can be easily replaced with a new one using plug-and-play, avoiding lengthy downtimes in the process and offering the user maximum safety and reliability. The JUMO control algorithm, which has proven itself one hundred thousand times, complements this reliable system. By enabling the soft PLC CoDeSys V3, JUMO mTRON T can be individually extended to form a complete, highly efficient automation system.
